Mo Milan and Cocoa Pastel Present: lover//girl EPs, May 13, 2025
Mo Milan, a Las Vegas-based composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, is proud to announce her upcoming double-EP release, set to showcase both sides of her musical world: the vibrant, genre-blending pop of her solo project Cocoa Pastel, and the introspective, cinematic depth she explores under her composer identity, Mo Milan. The release marks a pivotal moment in Milan’s musical evolution, introducing listeners to the full spectrum of her creative voice. The double-EP will be available on all platforms on May 13, 2025. Original cover art for both EPs was done by Las Vegas-based artist Lance L. Smith.
With Cocoa Pastel, Mo Milan delivers bold, synth-driven pop infused with electronic, rock, and dark wave textures.
In contrast, her work under the name Mo Milan explores emotionally layered, filmic compositions that blend elements of folktronica and neo-classical. Together, these releases present a cohesive vision — two sides of the same artist, unified by immersive storytelling and fearless sonic experimentation.
“It’s a story of duality — two parts of myself and my artistry that I’ve never been able to combine,” said Milan. “Getting to celebrate that with a screening and now this release feels like a full-circle moment.”
More details on the release, music videos, and live performance dates will follow.
