Cocoa Pastel is the synth-driven pop project of Las Vegas-based composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Mo Milan.

Blending electronic, rock, and dark wave influences, Cocoa Pastel creates bold, catchy, and emotionally charged music.

A classically trained violinist, Milan handles all aspects of writing, recording, and production for Cocoa Pastel, crafting every track with precision and passion.

Previously a lead guitarist and vocalist in several bands, she has performed at iconic Las Vegas venues such as Sayer’s Club, The Griffin, The Artisan, Bunkhouse Saloon, Beauty Bar, and more.

While Cocoa Pastel is her primary creative focus, Milan also explores emotionally layered, cinematic compositions under her own name, Mo Milan, blending genres like folktronica and neo-classical.
