When GC first received East Arcadia's demo, we were so amazed by the young band's talent that we quickly pressed a four-song 7" (with 300 on limited-edition green vinyl). These Ohio/Kentucky natives yearned for social change with their smart and honest lyrics about growing up disillusioned in "the land of the free."

Their meticulous and sincere approach to music helped make them a local favorite. The band also toured several times, spreading their positive messages across the U.S. Think Strike Anywhere's intellect, D4's brutal honesty and Rise Against's hardcore edge in a band of almost twenty-somethings.
