Deadman Walking, the monster child of longtime friends, began life as a small collaboration with the lofty goal of putting an edge of darkness and energy back into rock-and-roll. Growing up in Southern California, the band felt that the power of rock had been shut out by the influx of bubblegum pop music that continues to drown America's airwaves. They decide to forge heavy rock and aggressive lyrics that were deeply rooted in rock, punk and metal, but at the same time create a new and infectious energy.

All it takes is one show to become aware that this band's music, emotion and pure destructive noise is enough to get your heart racing, scare the status quo and electrify the dead.
